Danny Cevallos: I'm starting a body build right now because of the advice of Tom Nkono, who recommended very wisely that after I wait and lift you, you body build. To me, that's a little bit more wild. And then the third one that people miss is no variation. The late John McKinn talked about this a lot. Where no variation? He said he would do two sets of five in the five basic movements, but now one. It still means you keep the same loads too. Every day, the same exact load. That he used bands and I would probably use chains and mentally try to really go faster in every one of the lifts.
