The Pros and Cons of Non Stops and Dead Stops for Strength Development
In terms of technique for pulling or chinning, i notice people tend to do two different styles. They either pause at the bottom between h rep or you see people that are doing more of that alistic, dynamic style of repetition. What do you recommend for strength development? One of the prose and cons of ah, well, there are two techniques. I call them for like for short, non stop and dead sto. And this is our terminology, and i'll use it from now.
