The Constraints Led Approach
I think that if you get more specific with your students about what you want them to do, it's easier to get the result out of them. There's a very good chance that your coach has never heard of this approach and they have no interest in applying it. You don't need them to because you can do that yourself. And I think most high level individuals price themselves pretty adequately, especially if you're looking to get a really good understanding of whatever position it is.
