You can be very perfectionistic, very focused on the only way you can internalize something is if it's done perfectly. You often feel that making a mistake or even having a moment of failure feels like exposure as opposed to just being human and normal and people make mistakes. We can be very intellectually inauthentic. So we often don't share what we know because we're fearful that we don't know it 100% or we'll make other people feel insecure.
