The Importance of Directional Focus in Basketball

Casey: One of the things that I've seen work is we no longer ask, you know, players about their own movements it's like why did you do certain things based on contextual factors and other opponents does that call it directional focus. And allow them to kind of die at train themselves with film no matter what length it is. Instead of showing clips, you show two or three minutes segments. All those things have helped in some capacity to kind of first understand,you know, schemes and ideas,. At least in basketball that's a big thing.
