Minimally Change Disease in Adults

Minimal change disease is the classic full-blown dramatic nephrotic syndrome presentation within a few days or even a few weeks. Secondary causes of minimal change disease include hematologic malignancies. We should also be thinking about drug-induced minimal change disease, commonly used medication or nonsteroidal. FSGS and minimal change are similar pathologically.
