For cards, I'm the only one in the team not using the PAO because I tried for months to make it work. And regarding the locations we put three images per location. It's very important to have a directionality of the action. So the first image has to act on the second otherwise you get confused. There is no problem with the action being used by more people because it's just a way to speed up.
