How Did You Lose Weight?
I counted calories, so look ot down loaded my fitness tol and start alot my food. I stoped drinking, which was obviously a a big help, right? And then just started lifting weights after a few months,. Just got b into it. Had been doing that for about two and a half years to start with, before lost any weight. So, you know, i was somewhat cardivascularly fit, walking like, five miles e every day at that point. It was probably how i was able to run that mile. But, you know the biggest struggle that i faced were going back to the jim. Yknow, i thought everybody there would be judging me,
