Are You Losing the Right Way to Lose Weight?

What you eat determines, at least to some degree, how much you're eating. If we focus on food quality, which obviously implies that were gong to be getting more nutrients from those foods as well,. higher quality nutrients will do the work for you. And i think it's a major diservice to the public to put the focus on calories and not the behavior effects of the foods that they're eating. We also know that the body has a requirement for certain micro nutrients, and we know that many of these nutrients are supportive of optimal brain and mental health.
