The Effect of Warming on Sleep
The temperature might have been how we were primarily conditioned to go to sleep because we slept on the ground. When my body goes into my bed and gets a cool experience, it actually triggers something primally within me that tells me to go toSleep. Warm fuzzy socks and warming up to the cold ice bath can help some people fall asleep. But those are the extremes. Most of us are in the middle as we go through our lives.
