I like what you sayd let them do their bench their cleans, their dead lifts and their pull ups in that class. Goblet squat, the right knee down. A military press. Tat's not a bad little combone. You can make it a circuit of some kind. One thing i'd recommend is bearcross and reverse barcross. And if you can look up tim anderson's work, i mean, i would even think that, like he calls leopard leopard and spider man crawls might be a real boon to you too.
