Are You Trying to Maximize Your Health?

I've heard rumours of whatevers, seen things on line about free radicals from these people that do tuns and turns of endurance events. So i'm definitely trying to do things in a way where i feel that'll keep me sustainable, a me healthy and not not destroy myself. I don't necessarily see myself as being like this 65 year old still out there kind of sloggin through ultramarathons for the sake of doing it. My suspicion is that when i get to a point where i'm no longer competitive, i'll probably focus my energies on some sort of other physical type of thing,. And youll hopefully preserve some lean muscle masses of age.
