How to Demo During Discovery Meetings

Is it okay to demo during discovery meetings? This is always a fun one. Some organizations adhere to a, well, I'll just tell you what we do. We call our SDRs when they get somebody live on the phone or in an email exchange where they're considering talking to us. The first and foremost, we let the SDR know that, hey, if you're getting any kind of push back or if it's getting weird or uncomfortable and the prospect is just like, hey, no, I just want a freaking demo.
