Con Worlding for Performance Art - Talosan

Talosan is an example of what I like to think of as con worlding for performance art. When he was a teenager in the late 70s, early 80s, he declared his bedroom an independent sovereign nation. The language committee issues proclamations about spelling reforms and then translated into English or whatever other languages people leave now. They need more spelling reforms because the spelling system makes no goddamn sense. It made George swear.
