Sleep Eating Disorder and Insomnia

There is a term called sleep eating disorder that's been sort of anecdotal used. For many people with a d h d, if they're in hyperphocus mode, they might not eat for like ten hours, and then they're just like starving. Our appetite and our circadian rhythms are often in sink with each other. So what i tell i make sure of is doing a full assessment of their sleep, but also their eating habits. Is this someone who skips meals, for example, throughout the day? If someone's exercising, it could be that they require more fuel when we typically burn proten or caleries during the day.
