Dr. Hillary Cauthen is a distinguished clinical sport psychologist and author with 15+ years of experience working with the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB, NCAA, Premier League, and more. As a retired D1 athlete herself, Dr. Cauthen is an unwavering advocate for open conversations about mental health, aiming to eliminate stigma and create a safe & secure environment for athletes like herself to seek support. Dr. Cauthen formerly served as the Director of Organizational Wellness & Performance for Austin FC as well as the Performance Psychologist for the San Antonio Spurs where she developed their mental performance and wellness programs.
