Is There a Fat Burning Effect When Insulin Goes Up?
When insulin is produced, fat burning stops. About half of the carbohydrate that you eat goes toward immediate energy. And then the other 50% are converted thanks to insulin to fat and stored for later. So it's not about how many miles you run a week and how many calories you burn. It's about how many calories of fat you burn and how many calorie of fat you don't burn.
