Jenesis: How do we know that our iron level is too low? Jenesis: If it was just a blood test, and your doctor said you're kind of border liing low. She says to be on sort of the low end of the iron window is actually a good thing. That means you're at the least risk for heart disease. And when we're talking about iron and ashimer's risk, i always like to also bring up a cook war into the equation.
