Can Zooming in Really Improve Your Kicks?
There's some interesting science that tends to show like when we zoom in, it's a we get rid of everything else. That can be again, good and helpful narrows us can also be bad. We lose periphery and information. But what you see with the elite athletes is generally when we kick, we want to zoom all the way in because we want to just cut everything else out. Like it's just adopting this narrow world that allows us to perform. It's one reason I stopped yelling at athletes in the final kick because like they said, yeah, I didn't even hear your coach like because that's what you want.
