I'm very much about making sure that the people who are doing the work are empowered to make the decisions as much as they practically can. I'll handle those conversations just because it's more efficient and faster for me to do so. We're quite proud of the fact that when you come into our squad, it doesn't feel like there's a hierarchy, it feels like everybody has equal say.
