Routine are important. Habits are important. We talk about habit stacking, I stack several habits around my coffee habit. So it's very challenging to try to curb or cut out the coffee habit I have each morning. The cool thing about magic mind is that you don't have to remove coffee from your routine. They created this great drink that is a single shot of drink that you can take alongside your morning routine. You take it right along with your coffee. It tastes great. And I was focused on day one and I was not sure as he said, a skeptic and I wasn't sure if it was real. Mind your levels were high.
