i nickname the brain dumb and essentially, this couldn't be more simple. You take a note book any time before bed. On the left side you just write anything that's on your mind. And then on the right side of the page, you write down the very next step to resolving that issue. It works for a few different reasons. One in my case, for example, when i was having all these problems, i was a mile a minute the whole day. When i lay down and hit the pillow, that was the first opportunity my brain had to do that.
