There's an interesting thing here around team capacity and how big a fight that always is in large organizations to try to get more people to do the work. And it goes back to exactly what you're saying here, brandon. It's like we're just looking at delivery. Were ooking at capacity. You're delivering all the features that you've committed to. So great. I hear you asking for more people, but you clearly don't need them. Unless we as managers are exposing the organization to the fact that i'm delivering all my features, but i have literally no time to take care of any of the operational concerns or technical debt, and this thing's going to fall over
