Fast and training can kind of jump start, because their volume is so low. As long as you can keep them from going hard at the same time. We try to find that balance ing point. Even if they don't fully recover, it's not a big deal. But you wouldn't want to do a big, fastad work out and then 12 hours later, think you are going to go to a hard interval session and have it work.
