The first is where you do a double inhale through your nose, and then a long sigh exhale. This actually regulates the nervous system faster than any other style of breathing. The other breath that's very, very helpful is just to breathe into a count of five and then out to a count of 5. And so you could do either of those breaths for three minutes in the morning or the evening.
