How to Get Out of the Build Trap

I love that advice. The idea of just normalizing and talking about it, just speak as if, if you're in a meeting and you just say, well, the outcome here is blah, blah, blah,. I just love that. And then for me, lastly, just the idea of just being flexible, knowing people work differently than you and figure out how to work together. It doesn't have to be your exact process, but moving forward is better than not moving at all. That's something I really like. Totally.
