Is Muscle Mass the Pinnacle of Human Health?

A bigger muscle has the potential to be a stronger muscle. It's just applying the bigger size of the muscle, then teaching it in a way which is functional for the activities you find enjoyable. Couldn't agree more. I like that longevity piece because one of the highest risks of mortality is falling. One of the predictors of falls is not having muscle mass as one of the pieces.
