CC: Microsoft missed an opportunity when it tried to sell phones for $400 in 2007. He says the company should have focused on what people were willing to pay, not just how much they could get away with. CC: If you put all of those markets together and try to figure out what are people spending? You would see a willingness to pay that's much higher than a feature phone or even a BlackBerry today because we can do more with this.
