Is There Mentorship in Nonprofits?
Nicole: Not everyone is cut out to be a manager, like moving up in the hierarchy of an organization and doing certain skills better does not automatically mean that you know how to manage people. "I have really struggled to find mentorship in the nonprofit space," she says. She relied on her friend group but also other friends who cover sort of like the gamut - lawyers, consultants, there are teachers.
