There's a really neat study done several years ago, where they took a three hour cycling time trial. The group that consumed creatine performed the last four kilometer and last one kilometer sprint in that race at a higher power output compared to the non-creating group. That suggests that yeah, creatine can help you with kind of those finishing sprints.
