Early Warning Systems in Russia and China
The current architecture is not optimized for reliability. What I'm really concerned about are the early warning systems that might be deployed in Russia and China. We just have very low visibility into this. So I think this is an area for potential research analysis and contribution. These systems are not going to change in the US unless legislators are aware of this problem"
