Running runners struggle to take in the same amount of carbohydrate as cyclists. Do you think that's because it is harder in running or do you think it's just that they haven't put in that sort of application? We've seen runners go to tolerate 90 grams an hour with zero problems, like no problem at all. And I guess on the bike, one of those advantages is as much easy to carry all that carbohydrate with you.
