The restaurant world is, like you said, it's a very forgiving place in a lot of ways. At the same time, those of us who work in restaurants have always known there are dark sides of the industry. It's rife with potential for abuse, substance abuse, labor abuse and all kinds of bad behaviors. And so I have wondered, how do you responsibly put them into a workplace where sometimes people are prey to talk?
