The Importance of Metabolic Health
To be metabolically healthy means to have mitochondria that work, and right now our mitochondria don't. Food is supposed to make your mitochondria work except that there are certain things in our diet that actually poison mitochondria. The fact is that when you fix the food, all these diseases reverse. High blood pressure, symptom, osteoporosis, symptom. In every single case, these are the symptoms of the problem. So high glucose, high glucose is not the problem. It's a symptom of the metabolic dysfunction.
