Anxiety and the Neurons

Anxiety is normal, but then there's some judgment in our brain where we go, o, don't want that ono and we try to do something to reduce it. Our brains have evolved to do something when anxiety shows up. So as athletes, though we're still playing with the snakes, we've got out of bound, left hazard, right wind off our shoulder,. But we're choosing to be on the tea right? That's called meta cognitive worry, or meta cognitive panic for the psychologist listening in. And that's why you go fogging in your front all. That's why you lose your mode of memory and thes relly, well learnt, autonomous motor patents
