The number one job aspiration for young people is to be like a utube starand in china, it's like to be a nationa or something. But that does have this element of, like, you got to be one of the three people that the government picks every decade,. versus having a shot to make it on your own. Augarithms can kind of address this by basically helping out people who make good content but don't go away too often. And i hopehat these platforms just end up being built with creators in mind.
