In 2006, the company grew from $2 million to $106 million in a very short period of time. But what started to break was that you had two ADD fire ready aim types at the top of the company. I needed to find a new leader. Having to tell your best friend that this is no longer going to work out is a tough, painful thing to go through for both of us.
