Hong Kong Restaurants - Where Did They Come From?
In Hong Kong, reportedly we lost a lot of restaurants. There is no denying that. But I think compared to a lot of other cities, we had a lot of openings. The activity just really didn't stop. What about the local chefs? Was there much chance for them to shine? So many chefs was coming in and out of their restaurants with so many new openings.
