I became too obsessed at trying to fix my weaknesses between 2010 and 2012. As I've gotten older, I've gotten better at maximizing myself way more than ever. For me, it's getting on the track and doing 18,000 meter type session,. like 10 by a K and it's, I come out of it and I, that's the biggest jump I get of my body. Andy Vernon would go out and run as hard as he could for an hour. That was the thing that gave him the biggest bang in his week. And so there's a lot of background running in there that means that I can afford to take out certain bits and bobs.
