The Myth of Filling Yourself Up on Liquids
I'd love to hear your thoughts about the idea of filling yourself up on liquids. Is that a positive approach to weight loss? Or is that something that you wouldn't recommend? I think this depends on how you're doing it really. So have a glass of water before you eat your meal. It could benefit you if you need to try and reduce your portions. Things like soups because they're quite, they can fill us up for fewer calories. But don't be using them as your sort of replacement to meals or filling up throughout the day on these things. And when you're then missing out on important nutrients or energy. That's not a sort of healthy behavior.
