CNN's John Sutter spoke with artificial intelligence expert David Weinberger about TikTok. He says there are two reasons why Americans should be concerned about the app. One is that its parent company, ByteDance, is based in China and we don't trust it. The second is because of ties between Chinese companies and the Chinese government.
