How to Reduce the Chance of Injury
Having suffered a number of injuries i think right what is the disturbance from the that whatever that norm was that most likely led to injury it reminds me of the my dyson quote everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. Have you ever found yourself or or tried to maybe well either mitigate injury because life circumstances change for a little while and actually sort of set goals that kind of hopefully lead you in the direction that you reduce chance of injury? I'm not sure as a general rule as you're coming back you still need to push yourself to gain strength you just have to do it train carefully.
