For an advanced level lifter about how many times are you looking at hitting a given muscle group per week? I think the consensus and evidence-based fitness is about twice a week. Most intermediate lifters would earn more towards free or even more frequent sessions than that for most intermediate lifters because we have quite a lot of study.
