The Leader's Primary Responsibility Is Coaching
The output of a product strategy is actually those problems to solve. Usually that's one or two problems per quarter per team. So they're given a problem to solve and then they get to focus on solving it. And the biggest thing I didn't even mention, the leaders are responsible for staffing and coaching. Not enough other companies do that. It's very rare in the organization.
