I think another thing that's required for change is patience. Oftentimes, when you go to a therapist, you're like, well, here's our plan. We're not respecting the fact that it might take getting in an elevator and with some coffee spillers for us to feel like I can move forward today. Social support is just this medicine, right? They kind of moves you forward. And so surrounding yourself with people feeling connected to people is just vital to us moving forward.
