I think what you and I are on the same page that thyroid is this really useful supplement. It's not necessarily, it can be hard to implement. The only danger is if you're immediate risk of a heart attack and you've dived in with three or four grains, you're probably going to have a problem. If you're starting with that very prudent low dose of say, a quarter, generally I'd start with a half a grain anyway,. And go up slowly, depending on the person, we've got somebody who's older, I'll start with a quarter of a grain and go upwards.
