I think it's something that people get wrong a lot. Once you've developed a basic proficiency for technique, like that's not really doing anything for you anymore. You've got a challenge technique in order to see improvements in technique. I guess along the concept of the sub max stuff, you know, and just like programming really light stuff. But if you can accumulate more reps with that, the stimulus to the amount of fatigue being extracted per rep is lower.
