How to Repeat the Same Workout Over and Over Again
If you just repeat the same stimuli over and over, it can be incredibly productive. Paula Radcliffe did a 10 day training cycle for the most part that was largely repetitive. The Norwegians basically repeat cycles. And I don't know if there's something there with how physiology actually adapts.
