i think with my own thinking, when i reflect back on how i came to a particular, a sort of hypothesis for some interaction in the nervous system, it's usually the ignorance that i have that allows me to get to that position. My job as a scientist, as i see it, is to say, i don't know if this is right, but if it is, what are the implications? And then i go off and try and test some of those. Sometimes the ideas are good, and other times the ideas are really bad. How do we work that out? And wt, what is the language we need? What are the constraints that we need in order to take
