How Does Exercise Fit Into One Sleep Schedule?

Some people like to work out before bed, others in the morning. The amount of deep sleep that you have when you want to exercise is often determined by your chronotype. Morning types may love to exercise first thing when they wake up. Evening types do not want to even think about the gim at 6am. They would like to workout in the evening. Make sure you get bright light when you're doing it. Natural light is great for sleep as well. Am if you are exercising, find out what chronotype you are and find out what works then see if your schedule can have matched that.
